Payment Terms - 7 days fixed

Security  - Real Estate Mortgage or Caveat (includes right to sell and personal guarantee) 

LVR - Maximum 80%

Fees - $125 per $5000 of loan (Minimum $1000)

Maximum Loan - TBA

Upfront Fee - Paid in full with application

Rollover - $550 fee plus same ongoing fees (3 rollovers before default)

Default Rate - Interest Rate + 2% per month
